We are looking for a Health & Safety Manager, who is responsible for the safety, health and environmental policy of our sites. _What will your working day look like?_ As a Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Specialist, you are the driving force behind our safety policy. You ensure that our workplace is not only safe, but also an environment where people feel good - physically and mentally. You will further develop and implement our safety policy and ensure that it is alive in the organisation. You identify risks, draw up clear safety regulations and closely monitor compliance. You are a real ambassador: you raise awareness among colleagues and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You organize internal and external audits and ensure that we are always ready for inspections. You advise management on all aspects of health and safety. Your core objectives: Creating optimal working conditions - both physically and psychologically. Preventing work-related problems or detecting and improving them at an early stage. Management and follow-up of VCA, ISO9001 and ISO14001.
