Key Account Manager – Healthcare / Life Sciences
We are looking for a Key Account Manager to strengthen our Sales team in a permanent, full-time role. This position is ideal for a commercially driven professional who is passionate about improving patient outcomes and building long-term strategic partnerships.Reporting directly to the Sales & Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and managing strong, long-lasting relationships with key regional customers and key opinion leaders (KOLs). You will act as a trusted partner to external stakeholders, drive revenue growth through product promotion, and collaborate closely with internal sales teams to generate new opportunities.

Key ResponsibilitiesKey Account & KOL ManagementDevelop and manage strategic accounts and KOLs to generate new business opportunities. Accounts may include pharmacy chains, hospital networks, purchasing groups, wholesalers, and large home care organisations. Create and maintain clear key account mapping.Relationship Building & NegotiationBuild and sustain strong relationships with healthcare organisations and key decision-makers. Negotiate pricing, margins, tenders, and contracts in line with company strategy to achieve business objectives.Market Insights & Strategic InputMonitor changes in the healthcare landscape and use these insights to engage senior stakeholders. Share relevant market intelligence with internal teams, including sales and cross-functional partners.Strategic PartnershipsInitiate and manage collaborations and joint projects with regional, national, and international stakeholders to support sustainable business growth.Commercial Analysis & ExpertiseProvide commercial insights through analysis of sales, marketing, and health economic data.Sales Strategy & ROI EvaluationDevelop sales strategies and action plans for new and existing products, including ROI assessments.Sales Team SupportSupport sales leadership by improving sales effectiveness, contributing to sales planning, and identifying new growth opportunities.Training & Knowledge SharingAct as a key advisor by supporting the development and delivery of training initiatives to strengthen sales capabilities.
Qualifications & ExperienceDegree in life sciences, pharmacy, biomedical sciences, economics, or equivalent experience5–10 years' experience managing client relationships and KOLs within the pharmaceutical or medical sectorStrong understanding of purchasing dynamics, tenders, and procurement processesExcellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills (written and verbal)Strong customer focus with an entrepreneurial mindsetData-driven and comfortable working with CRM systems and standard business toolsNative-level French and fluent English; additional language skills are an advantageValid driving licenceProactive problem solver, able to work collaboratively to overcome challenges and drive revenue growth
