Filorga Belgium is looking for a TEMPORARY Trade Marketing Manager to cover a maternity leave. The position is available from July 1st to November 30th and will be responsible for overseeing the company’s marketing, advertising, and promotional activities during this period.
Main responsibilities:
* Develop and execute the national Trade Marketing plan.
* Manage Trade Marketing budget and initiatives
* Ensure the presence and proper execution of point-of-sale campaigns
* Implement channel-specific marketing strategies for retailers
* Lead trade marketing and customer engagement activities
* Lead activation programs to enhance brand visibility
* Oversee relationships with social media and PR agencies
* Plan and execute key customer and consumer events
* Collaborate with procurement, sales and finance teams to develop brand plans
* Provide monthly updates and monitor market performance
* Participate in forecasting in collaboration with the Business Manager and Sales Manager
* Support sales teams in creating high-quality materials
Profile required:
* Degree in business management, economics, marketing or related field
* Min. 3 years of experience in trade marketing and customer engagement, preferably in dermocosmetics - OTC
* Communication, interpersonal and data analysis skills
* Experience in digital marketing and stakeholder management
* Ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt quickly
* Organization, attention to detail and sense of priorities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google tools
* Bilingual French/Dutch + professional English required
* Track record of significant success in increasing traffic and sales
* Team spirit
* Data analysis and presentation skills
