Key Responsibilities
Define, maintain, and continuously improve IT processes in alignment with the Group process framework, ensuring consistency and standardization across teams (delivery management, organization, sourcing, risk & security management, etc.)
Ensure compliance with internal IT Group rules and external regulatory requirements (National Bank of Belgium, EU regulations), proactively identifying gaps and improvement opportunities
Actively coach and support teams and key partners, enabling them to steer, simplify, and optimize IT processes in an Agile environment
Promote and strengthen Agile ways of working, continuous improvement, and IT excellence across the organization
Support and contribute to process maturity assessments and continuous process evolution
Produce and maintain clear, structured process documentation within the Agile referential
Facilitate collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient, effective, and compliant IT processes
Play a key role in driving organizational change by aligning IT governance with business objectives and sustainability goals
Required Experience & Skills
Minimum 10+ years of relevant professional experience, with a strong background in IT
Proven experience in IT delivery and/or IT production environments
Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure complex topics and create clarity
Demonstrated capability to facilitate and coach workshops involving multiple stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality, well-structured documentation
Experience working in multidisciplinary and Agile environments
Solid understanding of IT governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements
Experience with process improvement techniques (e.g. PDCA, value stream mapping) is a plus
Familiarity with IT management frameworks is an advantage
Experience in the banking sector is preferred
Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Optional certifications in Lean or IT frameworks
Fluent in English (spoken and written); French and Dutch are optional
Strong soft skills: leadership, independence, structured approach, attention to detail, accuracy, customer orientation, and goal-oriented mindset
Comfortable working in a hybrid setup (50% on-site in Brussels / 50% remote)
