Job DescriptionYou play a key role in the development and delivery of PV and BESS projects, from lead qualification to handover to operations.You actively originate and qualify opportunities, preparing tailored offers and supporting contract negotiations with clients and partners.You structure and negotiate key project agreements, including PPAs, EPC contracts, O&M agreements, and land rights (leases, easements, etc.).You define the technical scope of projects (design, capacity, technology) and coordinate the preparation of technical solutions.You build and manage business plans, including CAPEX, OPEX, and revenue assumptions, and present investment cases internally.You lead permitting processes, coordinating with authorities and grid operators (DSO/TSO) to secure all required approvals.You manage project planning, milestones, risks, and reporting throughout the development phase.You coordinate internal teams (sales, engineering, management) and external stakeholders (contractors, advisors, investors).You prepare the transition to construction, ensuring full handover of documentation, contracts, and permits.You support project execution by monitoring progress, budget, planning, quality, and safety in collaboration with EPC contractors.You ensure proper administrative follow-up, documentation, and project closure.
Your profileYou hold a Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Law, or equivalent by experience.You have at least 4–5 years of experience in renewable energy project development (PV/BESS, B2B) in Belgium.You have strong knowledge of contractual frameworks (PPA, EPC, O&M, land agreements) and energy markets.You understand permitting processes, grid connection procedures, and stakeholder management in Belgium.You are experienced in financial modeling and business case development (CAPEX/OPEX).You have strong project management skills and can coordinate multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.You are autonomous, structured, and solution-oriented, with strong negotiation skills.You are fluent in French and English; Dutch is a strong asset.
