Main responsibilities: Support the Northern Europe People & Culture Director in coordinating and delivering strategic People & Culture projects Contribute to the development of internal communication materials for employees across the region Work with local teams to adapt messages for different markets and audiences Explore and test digital tools that can improve how we collaborate and communicate Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and summaries to support effective collaboration Help organize project activities, timelines, and follow-ups across different initiatives Share ideas and insights that help the team simplify processes and work in smarter ways About you To excel in this role you will need to have: Currently pursuing a degree in Communications or a related field, with an interest in Human Resources, communications, digital media, or project management Good written and spoken communication skills in English Comfort using everyday digital tools (such as Microsoft 365) and curiosity to explore new ones Strong organizational skills and attention to detail An open, curious mindset and willingness to share ideas and learn from others A genuine curiosity about People & Culture and how people work in organizations, with an eagerness to learn, explore new ideas, and contribute The ability to collaborate with different people while also managing tasks independently Why choose us?
