I am currently looking for a Freelance Business Analyst to join a leading insurance client on a long-term assignment.
This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of Business Analysis experience within the insurance sector, particularly across UL3 products and Employee Benefits Insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Gather and analyse business requirements
* Work closely with stakeholders across business and IT teams
* Translate business needs into functional specifications
* Support process improvements and project delivery
* Coordinate testing activities and validate solutions
* Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings
Requirements:
* 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
* Strong knowledge of UL3 insurance products
* Experience within Employee Benefits Insurance
* Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Experience working in Agile environments is a plus
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Fluent in Dutch/French and English
