We are hiring three new team members, each focused on a different but equally strategic domain:
1. License Services (Microsoft Cloud)
Support our Microsoft global agreement (E5, M365, Azure, Copilot) and drive value beyond licensing by transforming our offerings into true service solutions. You'll work directly with Microsoft and integration partners to help Toyota Group companies configure, deploy and optimize their Microsoft environments.
Ideal for: candidates with Microsoft licensing, Azure sales or cloud transformation experience.
2. Cybersecurity Services
Help us grow our cybersecurity footprint from audit and compliance services into broader consulting and technical sales. This includes SOC, IM, risk assessment, Microsoft Security and more. A greenfield opportunity for someone excited to define and grow a new service portfolio.
Ideal for: cybersecurity-savvy sales consultants, especially with Microsoft Security, Palo Alto, or similar tech stacks.
3. R&D & Engineering Services
Lead the commercial side of technical services across CAD/PLM (CATIA, Siemens), HPC, and vehicle development transformation. You'll coordinate with consultants and vendors to support Toyota’s cutting-edge engineering and innovation efforts.
Ideal for: candidates from engineering, manufacturing or technical consulting backgrounds (automotive/aerospace experience is a big plus, but apply even if you have a different one!)

* B2B, consultative sales roles in a closed ecosystem - your main customers will be internal Toyota Group companies.
* You’ll work in hybrid mode, mostly in Zaventem with flexibility.
* You'll report to a highly collaborative team, with plenty of autonomy and access to decision-makers.
* Success is measured by revenue growth, relationship building, and contribution to strategic initiatives.
* You’ll help us build out Centers of Excellence in each of these service areas.

Requirements
Your Profile
* 3+ years of experience in presales, technical consulting, or solution-based B2B sales
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Comfortable navigating structured B2B environments and internal group company setups
* Clear, logical thinking and ability to simplify complex service offerings
* Proactive, solutions-oriented, and self-motivated
* Fluent in English; other European or Japanese languages are a plus
Nice to Have
* Background in internal consulting or group services
* Experience coordinating with external vendors & parners
