Job Description:
The Financial Reporting Analyst is responsible for preparing, consolidating, and presenting the company's financial statements and reports. They play a key role in communicating financial performance to management, investors, and regulatory bodies.
What you'll be doing:
* Produce regular financial reports (monthly, quarterly, yearly) in accordance with applicable accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP, etc.).
* Ensure reports comply with regulations and internal policies.
* Analyze financial results, identify variances against budgets or forecasts, and explain the differences.
* Participate in the periodic financial closing, coordinating with other departments (accounting, management control, audit).
* Support the preparation of documents for external and internal audits.
* Contribute to improving reporting processes and implementing dashboards.
What you'll bring:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance/accounting
* 0 to 2 years of experience in similar role or in financial/ accounting environment
* Basic knowledge in accounting and financial skills.
* Basic knowledge in accounting standards and reporting tools (advanced Excel, ERP, consolidation software).
* Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
* Rigor and attention to detail.
* Good communication skills to clearly present financial results.
