The Assignment
As an IT Program / Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing large-scale infrastructure projects, including migrations to shared or standardized service solutions.
You will oversee governance, planning, budget, and quality, acting as the central point of contact for all stakeholders. Operating in a multi-team, multi-supplier environment (local & international), you will proactively manage risks, dependencies, and improvements, while challenging existing ways of working to drive standardization and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-end management of IT infrastructure and transformation projects, from analysis and planning to delivery and aftercare
* Setting up and monitoring clear project structures, governance, and reporting
* Identifying and managing risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, with transparent stakeholder communication
* Aligning and coordinating internal teams and external partners/suppliers
* Supporting and guiding onshore and offshore teams within a hybrid collaboration model
* Actively contributing to the modernization of legacy environments towards standardized solutions
* Ensuring compliance with infrastructure standards, documentation requirements, and governance frameworks
Expected Expertise
* Minimum
7 years of experience
as a Senior IT Project or Program Manager
* Proven experience in infrastructure and/or transformation projects
* Strong experience in complex environments with multiple suppliers
* Solid technical understanding of IT infrastructure to assess impact and dependencies
* Experience with senior-level governance, reporting, and stakeholder management

* Strong communicator: clear, diplomatic, and decisive
* Highly analytical and structured, with attention to detail and the bigger picture
* Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently
* Natural connector who aligns people and teams around shared objectives
Nice to Have
* Experience in international environments with offshore collaboration
* Knowledge of project management methodologies (PRINCE2, PMP, etc.)
* Experience with standardization or shared services initiatives
