Your mission:
As a Clinical Project Manager at Cascador Health, you will be responsible for the management of the clinical trials of our partners, ensuring their smooth progress and managing upcoming clinical trials, with the use of our next-generation eCOA/eDiary Platform. You will be in direct contact with our sponsors, academic centers and sites using our solution and will be an important link between them and our team.
Some of the tasks you will be responsible for:
* Accountable for daily operational work for numerous studies concurrently, which are using our next generation eDiary/eCOA platform.
* Drive document filing, translation management, invoice processing, and timeline maintenance for assigned clinical investigations.
* Recognise and raise data quality concerns to guarantee clinical data integrity.
* Drive study-specific start-up phase in collaboration with internal and external partners.
* Support generation and maintenance of all documents for the clinical trials.
* Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to drive successful project outcomes.
* For all activities supported, ensure compliance with internal's SOPs and applicable regulations, such as Good Clinical Practice (GCP, ISO14155), EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11.
* Participate in further innovating in our eDiary/eCOA digital offerings to bring more value to our customers, recruiting sites and study participants.
* Participate in answering requests for proposals from our potential customers.
Your profile:
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented person with a problem-solving mindset that wants to have real impact and real responsibilities. We are looking for a self-driven and motivated person, who can manage his/her time and projects independently.
Ideally, you are someone that:
* Has a master's degree in biological or human-connected field or corresponding work experience. A PhD is definitely a plus.
* 2-5 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate / Clinical Project Manager or equivalent.
* Proven ability to effectively handle multiple projects and rank priorities.
* Detail-oriented.
* Good knowledge of ICH-GCP standards and clinical trial design.
* Strong interest in digital health technologies and their application in clinical research.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Proficiency in English - French and/or Dutch is a plus.
