We are looking for an Operations Specialist for Starbroker. StarBroker is the in-house carrier of DHL Global Forwarding. On behalf of our network, we contract air freight capacity on strategic routes worldwide, particularly from Europe. We use both part- or full charters and scheduled service carriers.
Your tasks will include:
* Processing and following up on the daily export document flow, including customs clearance
* Coordinating activities with the warehouse
* Coordinating document flows with customer service teams
* Reporting and following up on paperwork irregularities
* Providing updates to the airline and destination
* Rescheduling shipments

Who are you?
* You have initial experience in air freight or a degree in logistics
* You handle administrative processes with precision
* You are a strong communicator and a team player
* You are customer- and quality-driven
* You speak English and can express yourself in Dutch. French is a plus
* You are looking for a long-term professional commitment
