ERP Consultant – Data Migration (SAP to D365 F&O) – Hainaut/West Flanders (Belgium) – Freelance 12 months+
For a leading manufacturing client located in the Hainaut/West Flanders region, I am searching for a freelance ERP Consultant to support a large-scale ERP transformation from SAP to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
This is a hybrid role offering 2-3 days working from home.
Role:
* Ensuring business data is correctly understood, mapped, validated, and aligned with future processes in D365.
* You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the migration lifecycle.
* Ensure data consistency, completeness, and accuracy in the new system.
* Translate business requirements into data migration rules and mappings.
* Work closely with business stakeholders (Finance, Supply Chain, etc.) to validate data.
* Support change management and ensure business readiness for migrated data.
Skills:
* Proven experience in ERP projects (functional focus).
* Experience with or good understanding of D365 F&O.
* Ability to translate business processes into data requirements.
* Experience working closely with business stakeholders and end users.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* You are fluent in English and you need to have some knowledge of French. Fluent French is a bonus.
