Your mission
Operate as a senior performance operator within a client team and act as an operational multiplier between strategy and execution.
What you'll doPerformance execution
* Execute & optimize campaigns across paid channels (search, social, etc.)
* Support organic visibility & GEO initiatives
* Implement tracking, tagging & analytics setups
* Validate data integrity (GA, GTM, measurement stack)
* Deliver insights & reporting tied to business KPIs
Quality & standards
* Perform QA on setups, optimizations & reporting
* Enforce naming conventions & platform standards
* Reduce errors, inconsistencies & rework loops
Coaching & capability uplift
* Coach analysts & accelerate skill development
* Support onboarding & knowledge transfer
* Ensure consistent application of best practices
