About the Company: Our client is looking to hire a SAP Implementation Lead for a 10 month contract, remote in Belgium.
About the Role: Ideally English and Flemish speaking, although French would be an added bonus.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with clients to capture all payroll requirements and guide them through workshops, configuration steps and systems setup.
* Validate and configure customer payroll solution and integrations in compliance with legal regulations.
* Assist and support with data mapping, migration, YTD preparation and accuracy checks.
* Manage all system testing phases (SIT, UAT, parallel runs, etc.) and address system configuration/integration issues with global teams.
* Oversee go-live activities ensuring payroll system readiness.
* Track project progress, documentation, and collaborate with project managers and project team to ensure timely milestone delivery.
Qualifications:
* Solid knowledge of local payroll and time regulations in Belgium and proven expertise in payroll system configuration and integrations.
Required Skills:
* Hands-on mindset with a willingness to explore and apply innovative solutions.
* Excellent communication skills and a client-focused, collaborative mindset.
* Previous experience working on international payroll projects is a plus.
* Ability to work remotely, manage tasks efficiently, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including clients, global and project teams.
