Product Owner
We are looking for an experienced Agile Product Owner to strengthen the Product Owner chapter within the Marketing & Communication department.
In this role, you will support the transformation toward a more agile and effective MarCom organization. You will work closely with a squad and stakeholders to define priorities and translate the MarCom strategy into clear actions and projects that contribute to business objectives
Responsibilities
* Capture marketing and communication needs from stakeholders and translate the annual MarCom plan into a structured squad backlog (in collaboration with the Cluster Lead and MarCom Strategist).
* Own and prioritize the Product Backlog based on customer needs, strategic objectives, and commercial priorities.
* Make sound trade-offs in case of conflicting interests, limited resources, or tight deadlines.
* Ensure objectives are clear and well-defined before starting MarCom initiatives.
* Monitor backlog progress, team velocity, and overall squad performance.
* Conduct regular business reviews to evaluate results and identify improvement opportunities.
* Ensure structure, alignment, and consistency throughout each Sprint.
Experience
* Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
* Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree.
* Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and Scrum.
* Experience with change management.
* Knowledge of the BNPP group and the department’s business environment.
* Segment and business line knowledge.
Technical Skills
* Mandatory: Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, SharePoint.
* Preferable: Adobe Campaign, Wrike.
Languages
* Dutch: Professional proficiency.
* French: Professional proficiency.
* English: Fluent
