Join our Digital Finance teamwithinEY Technology Consulting Belgiumand work withinternational corporate clients on transforming their finance function. We help organizations and their Finance leaders streamline operations, align finance with strategy, and embed performance-driven cultures.

As aFinance Transformation Professional, you'll contribute to projects in:

* Finance Transformation Strategy & Roadmap
* Finance Statement Close & Consolidations
* FP&A, Controlling Excellence & Management Reporting
* Finance Operating Model Design
* CPM/EPM Implementations

The Role:

As a Senior Manager, you will play akey leadership role in both client delivery and business development. You are responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, while alsoidentifying new business opportunitiesin collaboration with EY Partners. You willguide projects from start to finish, ensuring a high standard of quality and operational efficiency throughout.

Collaboration is central to the role — you’ll work closely with colleagues across various EY teams todeliver integrated, client-focused solutions. Your expertise and strategic perspective will contribute to thought leadership within the team and in the broader market.

In your role, you willmanage and mentor junior team members, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.

Flexibility is key, as many of our client projects requiretravel,up to around 50% of the time.

Key Responsibilities:

Client/Project Responsibilities

* Lead and supervise CCH Tagetik/Board International implementationprojects, examining clients’ internal finance and accounting processes and advising on solutions around creating efficient processes or improving existing processes
* ChampionCCHTagetik/Board International solutions through full project cycle – requirements and design, development, testing, training, implementation, and support
* Coordinatefull pre-sales cycle work– client introduction, scoping, drafting estimate and proposal, creating statement of work contract
* System migration supportto transition from on-premises consolidation systems like HFM to cloud-based systems (i.e., CCH Tagetik/Board International)
* Deploy the solution to end-users andprovide overall support and training– including data validation activities
* Work with leadership todevelop and grow the practice furtherincluding revenue attainment, sales and marketing assets, partnership with CCH Tagetik/Board International, internal COE and helpdesk, training, recruiting, onboarding, and staffing

People Management

* Develop people through effectivelysupervising, coaching, and mentoringstaff
* Contribute topeople initiativesincluding recruiting, retaining, and training Finance & Performance Management professionals
* Assist with technical guidance to other developers, incl. training of EY and client staff
* Maintain an educational program to continuallydevelop personal skills

Your Profile

We’re looking for someone with:

* A Master’s in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or similar
* At least 6–7 years’ experience in consulting or industry
* Hands-on experience withCCH Tagetik or Board Internationalimplementations
* Solid understanding of financial processes (close, FP&A, EPM)
* Experience withend-to-end implementationsand data integration
* Experience withdata integration between different systems/sources,
* Subject matter expertisein Financial Close and Consolidation, Financial Planning & Analysis(FP&A), and Enterprise Performance Management(EPM)implementation
* Fluency inEnglish; Dutch or French is a strong plus
