Here’s what you’ll do:
As a sales master data steward, you are a central expert responsible for accurate, complete and timely pricing and customer master data management for multiple entities within the Ardo Group.
By enforcing governance rules, driving process improvements and supporting digitization, you help secure operational efficiency and smooth order-to-cash processes. With your deep SAP knowledge, analytical and problem-solving mindset and international stakeholder management, you become the go-to reference for customer and pricing set-up, at both group and local level.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1)CUSTOMER MASTER DATA & PRICING MANAGEMENT
·Maintain accurate customer master data and pricing conditions in SAP
·Provide expertise to support key account setup, updates to pricing structures, customer migrations or SAP adjustments
·Monitor data quality and proactively resolve inconsistencies, duplications or gaps
·Collaborate with IT, Master Data, Finance, Logistics, Sales and Customer Service to ensure data supports correct invoicing, planning, delivery, and reporting
2)GOVERNANCE AND COMPLIANCE
·Act as the gatekeeper for sales-relevant master data across countries
·Define and maintain group-level governance rules, validation steps and data ownership frameworks
·Act as a sounding board for sales to align commercial requirements with pricing principles, ensuring the optimal balance between business needs and operational execution.
·Perform regular data checks and implement corrective actions, aligning with the Group Data & Analytics team
·Lead global initiatives to improve data lifecycle management and simplify complexity
·Maintain a clear data glossary and reference data for key objects
3)PROCESS OPTIMIZATION & DIGITIZATION
·Identify inefficiencies and drive improvements across countries and departments
·Partner with IT and business teams to enhance SAP configuration, automate manual tasks, or simplify workflows
·Contribute to projects related to pricing harmonization, customer data governance, packaging updates, or digitization within customer excellence.
4)ANALYTICS & REPORTING
·Act as key user for analytics tools and dashboards related to pricing and customer data
·Act as a Power BI power user
·Provide insights and recommendations based on customer master data for operational and commercial decision-making
5)CROSS-ENTITY COORDINATION
·Train and coach local customer excellence teams on best practices, data standards, new enhancements etc.
·Execute tasks for multiple Ardo entities, ensuring consistency with global guidelines
·Act as the international expert for complex or non-standard data questions
·Build documentation, training materials, and knowledge bases for continuous learning
This is where you recognize yourself:
·Master or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, or related field
·Experience in Master Data Management
·Proficiency in Excel and ERP/Master Data systems (e.g., SAP); experience with Power Bi is a plus
·Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a commercial drive
·You combine a strong analytical mindset with a passion for data accuracy and process excellence
·You are energized by structure, governance, and creating clarity in complex environments
·You enjoy acting as a central point of expertise, supporting colleagues across countries and functions
·You take ownership, work autonomously, and proactively identify issues before they impact operations
