About the Role

Within our Field Engineering team, we are looking for an Operations & Planning Coordinator who will play a key role in the daily operational management of the team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the coordination of planning, operational follow-up, stock management, and project support. You will work closely with field engineers, project teams, and various internal stakeholders to ensure that technical interventions are efficiently planned, executed, and properly followed up. This position sits at the intersection of operational planning, asset and stock management, and technical project support, and offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further develop within IT operations and field service management.



Your Responsibilities

Operational Planning & Dispatching

* Ticket Management: Analyze, schedule, and assign support tickets to Field Engineers.
* Workload Balancing: Monitor dispatch queues and adjust planning to ensure optimal team capacity.
* Coordination: Act as the primary link between engineers and stakeholders for seamless interventions.

Maintenance & Asset Management

* Maintenance: Schedule and track periodic servicing for store technologies (e.g., Self-scan).
* Stock & RMA: Optimize technical inventory, manage asset registration, and oversee the return/repair process.
* Data Integrity: Review intervention reports for quality, completeness, and accurate system registration.

Project Support & Optimization

* Project Delivery: Support hardware roll-outs and infrastructure upgrades through capacity analysis and follow-up.
* Process Improvement: Identify billing items, reduce duplicate interventions, and refine operational workflows.
* Performance Tracking: Define and monitor KPIs to drive operational efficiency and service quality.



Your profile


We are looking for someone who:

● Is highly organized and analytical.

● Has excellent communication and coordination skills.

● Is comfortable working with systems, data, and administrative processes.

● Is able to define and monitor performance indicators (KPIs).

● Works effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders.

● Has a strong interest in operational coordination and technical projects.

● Has strong collaboration skills and is able to work effectively with field engineers and cross-functional teams.

Bonus: Experience with planning tools, ticketing systems, or asset management systems is considered a strong plus.
