About Siemens Smart Infrastructure:
Siemens Smart Infrastructure (SI Buildings) intelligently connects energy systems, buildings, and industries to adapt and evolve the way we live and work. Our Buildings division specializes in creating smart, energy-efficient building technologies, from fire safety and security to building automation and control systems. We work together with customers and partners to create an ecosystem that intuitively responds to people's needs, helps customers to better use resources, and transforms everyday spaces into safe, sustainable, and adaptive environments

We are currently looking for an Account Manager to drive our growth strategy across North Africa.

Your tasks:

1. Develop and executesales strategies across Algeria, Morocco, and Tunisia
2. Build and maintainrelationships with end customers, partners, EPCs, and key accounts
3. Driveboth product business and project development for local partners
4. Expandmarket presence and knowledge in assigned territories
5. Evaluateand onboard potential new partners
6. Preparemonthly forecasts and quarterly management summaries
7. Monitorand report on business opportunities and project acquisitions
8. Participatein monthly alignment calls regarding Buildings Portfolio performance
9. Deliverregular updates on market situation, economic conditions, and business prospects to both internal and external stakeholders

Your skills:

10. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree in Business Administration is a plus) or equivalent through experience
11. Minimum 5 years experience in technical sales in building automation within North African markets
12. Strong relationship-building and networking abilities, preferably with an existing network in the North African construction sector
13. Fluency in French and English. Dutch is a big plus.
14. Experience in building technologies and solutions, with understanding of smart building technologies
15. Proven track record in sales and business development, particularly in product business sales. In project business is a plus.
16. Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
17. Knowledge of Siemens portfolio and solutions is an advantage
