* Guarantee that Presidents and Managing Directors of Group legal entities retain the independence required to successfully run their entities
* Ensure that no actions are taken by senior leadership or corporate teams that could undermine the legal or operational independence of Group entities
* Improve and formalize guidelines governing relationships between legal entities, holdings, and Business Line Management
* Issue organizational recommendations supporting the entrepreneurial leadership charter and the balance between autonomy and control
* Develop, maintain, and deploy online training materials and tools for Group company leaders
* Results-oriented with high energy, drive, and a strong desire to deliver impact
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with all management levels
* Comfortable operating in fast-paced, agile environments with strong prioritization abilities
* Able to work largely autonomously with limited direct supervision
* Highly structured with strong organizational and process management skills
* Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are an asset
* Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex stakeholders and processes
* Experience in change management or business process optimization is an advantage
* Exposure to regulated markets, compliance, or risk management is an advantage
