Jaga designs more than indoor climates—they design the future. Their products are used worldwide in projects where energy efficiency, comfort, and design meet.
To accelerate their international growth, they are looking for a driven professional who will open new markets, strengthen partnerships, and help introduce their cooling solutions into regions where they are still underdeveloped.
Develop new markets : actively search for and secure new distributors, partners, and clients in selected export regions, based on strategic market studies and analyses. This also includes participating in and representing Jaga at international trade fairs.
Grow partnerships : expand existing accounts and nurture long-term relationships with distributors, architects, and installers.
Close deals : manage negotiations and contracts to deliver profitable growth.
Internal Coordination: You will be the central point of contact, working closely with various internal departments—from R&D and Sales Engineering to Logistics, Production, and Purchasing —to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
Represent Jaga abroad: attend international trade fairs, industry events, and customer visits (approx. You will combine your international travels with regular office presence at one of our locations in Diepenbeek (Belgium) or 's-Hertogenbosch (the Netherlands) .
You have a proven track record in B2B sales or business development, successfully established within a technical or construction-related industry.
You combine a strong technical affinity with the ability to translate technology into tangible customer value, while knowledge of HVAC, cooling, ventilation, and heat pumps is a definite plus.
You have extensive experience in export markets and building distribution networks.
You are fluent in English, while knowledge of other languages such as Dutch, German, French, Spanish, or Russian is a plus.
You have an entrepreneurial and results-driven mindset, with a proactive and hands-on approach to building new business.
You enjoy working independently but are also a team player who thrives in a small, driven, and international team.
