Key Responsibilities
* Design and optimize end-to-end chatbot conversation flows (including edge cases)
* Write clear, empathetic, and on-brand UX microcopy
* Structure and manage multilingual chatbot content (Dutch, French, English)
* Ensure consistency in tone, voice, accessibility, and inclusivity
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, legal, customer service)
* Conduct usability testing and analyze chatbot performance
* Continuously improve flows based on data insights and user feedback
* Maintain content libraries, design patterns, and style guides
* Coordinate with localization teams for high-quality multilingual delivery
🎯 Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in Conversation Design, UX Writing, or Chatbot Content Design
* Strong understanding of conversation flows, NLU basics (intents/entities), and human-AI interaction
* Experience with tools like Figma, Voiceflow, Rasa, or similar platforms
* Proven ability in multilingual content creation and adaptation
* Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
* Strong skills in content structuring, testing, and optimization using analytics
