We are looking for an ELN Business Analyst & Developer to support one of our clients in the life sciences industry. This role sits at the intersection of digital solutions and scientific operations, helping teams streamline their workflows through an efficient and well‑designed Electronic Laboratory Notebook platform.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and translate business needs into clear digital requirements
• Design and configure ELN templates, workflows, and data structures
• Improve usability, data consistency, and system integration
• Support testing, documentation, and user adoption
• Contribute to continuous improvement and solution lifecycle activities
Ideal Profile:
• Hands-on experience with IDBS E‑WorkBook or a similar ELN
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to understand scientific processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented
• Knowledge of regulatory or quality standards is an advantage
