Your role You will act as the bridge between business and IT, working on key internal applications and digital transformation projects. This is a hands-on role, where you will be involved from requirements gathering to delivery. What you’ll be doing Gather and analyze business needs from stakeholders Translate requirements into functional specifications & user stories Collaborate closely with developers and product teams Participate in Agile ceremonies (Scrum) Model business processes (BPMN or similar) Support testing phases (UAT, validation, issue tracking) Contribute to improving internal processes and digital solutions What we’re looking for 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst Strong experience in: Functional analysis Requirements gathering Agile environments Comfortable working with Jira / Confluence Hands-on mindset with strong communication skills Languages Dutch is mandatory French and/or English Interested?
