Job Description
Provide advice on a wide range of legal matters linked to the company's operations, including data protection, commercial law, media, and regulatory compliance.
Draft, review, and monitor agreements while ensuring GDPR compliance in collaboration with the DPO.
Propose legal solutions, participate in negotiations, and support transactions.
Track and follow up on disputes and legal proceedings.
Monitor legislation, market trends, and regulatory developments to assess impact and risks.
Maintain and update standard agreements, general terms, and internal contract guidelines.
Collaborate and share knowledge with other legal colleagues.
Actively participate in initiatives aimed at improving processes and efficiency.
Become the internal "go-to" Legal Counsel for multiple business lines.
The Successful Applicant
Master's degree in law with 3‑5 years of relevant experience, including solid knowledge of data protection.
Knowledge of e‑marketing and AI is a plus; experience in a law firm is an advantage.
Proactive, hands‑on, and entrepreneurial mindset.
Critical thinker with strong analytical skills.
Solution‑ and result‑oriented, with a customer‑focused approach.
Excellent communicator with diplomacy and tact.
Fluent in Dutch, with proficiency in French and English.
Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
