We are currently looking for an ICT VIP Support Engineer to deliver high-quality, white-glove IT support to top-level stakeholders, based in the center of Brussels.

Your responsibilities
* Provide VIP support (hardware & software) including troubleshooting (SPAM, phishing, connectivity, etc.)
* Manage incidents end-to-end and ensure resolution within strict SLAs
* Handle on-site interventions, scheduling, and priority management
* Support and manage Mac & Windows environments (±100 Macs / ±200 PCs)
* Configure and support mobile devices (smartphones & tablets)
* Participate in ICT rollouts, migrations, and deployments
* Maintain and update technical documentation
* Follow up on equipment orders and ensure smooth delivery
* Support VIP events and specific IT-related activities
* Contribute to cybersecurity awareness initiatives
Technical environment Windows 10/11, macOS, Office 365, Active Directory, SCCM, Intune, Jamf, VPN (Checkpoint/AnyConnect), networking basics, VMware, Exchange, SharePoint, mobile OS (iOS, Android), and more.
Your profile
* Strong experience in VIP/Executive IT support
* Professional, service-oriented, and able to represent the IT team at executive level
* Excellent communication and discretion (confidentiality is key)
* Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities effectively
* Languages: French, Dutch, and good level of English required
Additional information
* Working hours: between 08:00 and 16:30
* On-call duty: 1 week every 5 weeks (phone only, limited interventions)
