What You Can Expect From The Role
As a Consultant with Technical Expertise, you will play a key role in ensuring successful implementation and data migration for IFS solutions. Your focus will be on understanding business processes, managing data migration activities, and bridging the gap between functional requirements and technical capabilities.
You Will
Lead and manage end‑to‑end data migration projects, including data preparation, cleansing, validation, and transformation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with best practices.
Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into functional solutions within IFS.
Provide guidance on technical aspects of IFS (such as data structures, integrations, and configurations) while maintaining a functional perspective.
Work closely with Business Analysts and technical teams to deliver seamless solutions.
Offer proactive advice to optimise client systems and processes.
Support implementation and upgrades of IFS applications, focusing on functional configuration and data integrity.
Stay informed about IFS capabilities and related technologies to help clients maximise system value.
What We Will Look For In Your CV
A (Master’s) degree in a relevant field e.g. engineering, IT, Business etc.
3–5 years of experience in ERP systems, ideally with exposure to IFS Cloud but not essential.
Hands‑on experience in data migration projects, including data mapping, validation, and transformation.
Understanding of technical concepts (e.g., databases, middleware).
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch (French is an asset).
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and document processes effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Willingness to travel up to 25%.
