You will lead the consolidation and reporting function, oversee IFRS compliance and safeguard the accuracy, consistency and timeliness of group accounts. As a key advisor to senior finance leadership, you will drive harmonisation of accounting practices and continuous improvement of the consolidation environment.
Key Responsibilities :
* Steer the monthly, quarterly and annual consolidation under IFRS
* Ensure quality and completeness of consolidated accounts (eliminations, minority interests, acquisitions/divestments…)
* Lead the preparation of the group's statutory financial statements and quarterly reporting
* Act as main point of contact for external auditors
* Manage and optimise the consolidation system (HFM or equivalent)
* Develop reporting structures, dashboards and closing-process improvements
* Support M&A activities (PPA, integration, system setup)
* Collaborate closely with FP&A, treasury and local accounting teams.
* Master's degree in Finance/Accounting; professional qualification (CPA, ACCA…) is an asset
* 6-10 years of experience in consolidation or audit within an international context
* Strong IFRS expertise and ability to handle complex accounting topics
* Rigorous, analytical and comfortable with tight deadlines
* Excellent communication with the ability to influence stakeholders across countries
* Fluent in English and French (Dutch is a plus).
