Experience a mix of 85% front-office and 15% back-office tasks while liaising frequently with colleagues, clients, and partners. Work during standard office hours (Mon-Fri), with shifts between 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM based on operational needs. Your Role & ResponsibilitiesAs the central linchpin of operations, you will: Multi-site support - Travel across locations (Brussels, Zaventem, Grimbergen, Antwerp, Turnhout, and prospective future locations) as needed. Administrative & operational assistance - Assist the Operations Director with daily operational tasks, process improvements, and the rollout of new procedures. Client & team interaction - Maintain professional communication with clients, visitors, and suppliers in Dutch, English, and French. Office & event management - Manage day-to-day center operations, email correspondence, scheduling, and event logistics. Facility maintenance - Ensure strict adherence to all maintenance protocols while proactively resolving any issues. Client onboarding - Facilitate new client setups, including office arrangements, access, documentation, and connectivity. Sales & representation - Represent and professionally promote services to clients during visits and inquiries. Your Profile & SkillsWe are looking for a dedicated, adaptable, and detail-oriented professional with: Fluency in Dutch, English, and French (written & spoken). Strong administrative capabilities and a meticulous attention to detail. A professional appearance aligned with a neutral dress code policy. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Punctuality, flexibility, and a positive mindset. The ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a strong work ethic. Relevant prior experience, with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field being a plus. Mindset & Flexibility: Proactive, solution-oriented, and dynamic attitude.
