Your role
As a Technical & Commercial Officer, you will be the link between customers and the internal organization. You will be primarily responsible for a large key account.
Your responsibilities
* Point of contact for a large French-speaking key account.
* Providing technical product information to customers and colleagues.
* Preparing and following up on quotations.
* Processing incoming orders and organizing delivery schedules.
* Contacting potential customers by telephone and maintaining existing customer relationships.
* Providing commercial support to the field staff.
* Collaborating on projects and ad hoc assignments in cooperation with the sales manager.
What do we expect from you?
* Bachelor's degree in a technical and/or commercial field, or equivalent through relevant experience in the mechanical industry.
* Bilingual in Dutch & French; basic knowledge of German is a plus.
* Strong technical insight; knowledge of hydraulics is a major asset.
* Customer-oriented with a commercial mindset and an eye for sales opportunities.
* Team player who can also work independently.
* Strong administrative skills, accurate, orderly, and well-organized.
* Very good knowledge of Excel and experience with customer portals.
* Analytical, structured, and stress-resistant.
* Dynamic, driven, and skilled at setting priorities.
* Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of SAP is a plus but not a must.
