Our IT System Administration Team aims to ensure a seamless operation of our technological infrastructure including the maintenance and optimisation of our digital ecosystem.
Position
We are looking for an experienced IT System Administrator to manage and maintain our company's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, networks, and servers. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
The successful candidate will join the System Administration (SysAdmin) Team (comprised of 3 persons) and will mainly report to the SysAdmin Team Lead.

Tasks and Responsibilities
* Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, software applications and networks
* Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
* Implement security measures to protect company data and systems from cyber threats
* Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures
* Manage authentication and access control systems
* Act as Level 2 technical support for the IT Helpdesk
* Collaborate with other teams and departments to implement new technologies and improve existing systems
* Document processes, procedures, and system configurations.
Skills and Experience
* A degree in Computer Science (or relevant experience)
* At least 5 years of hands‑on experience
* Excellent knowledge and experience as a User and Administrator of Linux and Windows desktop and server OSes
Knowledge of
* Web hosting
* Email
* DNS
* Storage technologies
* Networking – IP, routing, switching, firewalls, wireless networking
Hands‑on experience in IT security systems such as
* Network security (e.g. Traffic and log monitoring, Firewalls, Intrusion detection & prevention system)
* VPN
* Active Directory, PKI, MFA
Additional
* Strength to cope with schedules and deadlines
* Good written and spoken English.
Considered as Assets
* Experience with cloud platforms and technologies – Microsoft 365, Kubernetes, CI/CD platforms, Ansible, Prometheus & Grafana, Loadbalancers
