✍️WHAT WILL YOU DO?
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:
System and Platform Monitoring:
1. Utilize monitoring tools to track the performance, availability, and health of IT platforms, applications, and infrastructure.
2. Monitor systems for errors, slowdowns, outages, and other signs of instability.
Reporting and Alerts:
1. Respond to alerts or alarms generated by monitoring systems in a timely manner.
2. Analyze system data and performance metrics to identify trends or anomalies.
3. Generate and deliver platform health reports to stakeholders.
Incident Detection and Escalation:
1. Identify and log incidents, capturing all relevant details.
2. Escalate unresolved issues to technical teams or appropriate
3. personnel based on severity and impact.
4. Work closely with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve incidents within predefined SLAs.
Maintenance and Support:
1. Perform periodic checks to ensure system configurations, logs, and monitoring tools are functioning correctly.
2. Support preventative actions to reduce the risk of downtime or platform failures.
Tool Administration:
1. Configure and maintain monitoring tools, dashboards, and alerts.
2. Ensure monitoring tools are updated and aligned with current infrastructure setups.
Collaboration and Documentation:
1. Collaborate with engineers, system administrators, and other IT teams to maintain a stable and secure IT environment.
2. Document monitoring procedures, incident-handling protocols, and resolution patterns for future reference.
🧐 WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
* Years' experience: minimum 3 years using the above tools.
* Upper-Intermediate level of English
* Strong understanding of infrastructure components like servers, networks, databases, applications, and cloud services.
* Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, SolarWinds, Zabbix, PRTG, Datadog, or Nagios).
* Familiarity with log management systems and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
* Basic scripting ability (e.g., Shell, Python) for automating repetitive tasks is a plus.

* Work Schedule: 9-18hs + On Call
