Your main responsibilities:
* Provide operational sales support across Italy
* Coordinate and monitor order handling and delivery processes
* Support invoicing processes and follow up on open payments
* Prepare and support public tender procurement and tender processes, including documentation and internal coordination
* Communicate directly with customers regarding orders and requests
* Support Sales Managers with documentation, presentations, and follow-ups
* Ensure availability and alignment of sales and marketing materials
Your profile:
* Fluent in English and Italian; Aditional languages are a plus.
* Based in Italy
* Experience in a sales support, commercial operations, or similar role
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks across markets
* High attention to detail, especially for documentation, orders, and invoicing
* Excellent communication skills, including customer and stakeholder interaction
* Familiarity with public procurement processes is an advantage but not mandatory
* Background in the medical field and experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) are a plus
* Collaborative and proactive working style with a customer-oriented mindset
