DevOps / Azure Engineer (Medior)
We are looking for a Medior DevOps Engineer to support software development, deployment, release management, and infrastructure operations within a secure and scalable IT environment. You will play a key role in optimizing CI/CD processes, managing Azure environments, and improving application lifecycle management (ALM) practices.
Key Responsibilities
* Support and improve deployment, release, and infrastructure processes.
* Advise stakeholders on Azure architecture, deployment strategies, and ALM best practices.
* Design and maintain scalable and secure cloud environments.
* Build, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines.
* Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions.
* Manage and support Azure environments and deployments.
* Collaborate with development teams to integrate and deploy applications.
* Contribute to .NET-based solutions in a supporting technical role.
* Monitor system stability, security, compliance, and performance.
* Troubleshoot deployment, infrastructure, and pipeline-related issues.
* Coordinate with external partners during incidents and technical investigations.
* Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Document infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and operational processes.
* Promote knowledge sharing and standardization across teams.
Required Skills
* Experience with Azure and Azure DevOps.
* Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, PowerShell, and automation practices.
* Understanding of .NET, React, and Microservices Architecture.
* Experience with Git version control.
* Knowledge of Application & API Security principles.
* Experience with Service Fabric.
* Familiarity with Unit & Integration Testing.
* Experience working in Agile environments.
Nice to Have
* Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
* Exposure to modern cloud-native architectures and DevOps tooling.
Profile
* Medior-level professional with relevant DevOps, Cloud, or Platform Engineering experience.
* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
* Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset.
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
* Comfortable working with both technical and business stakeholders.
Languages
* Native or bilingual proficiency in Dutch or French.
Location & Working Model
* Location: Dessel, Belgium.
* Work Model: Fully on-site (no remote work).
Additional Information
* Start date expected from August 2026, subject to completion of the selection process and security clearance requirements.
* Existing security clearance is an advantage, or the ability to obtain one is required.
