Cultivate strategic relationships with clients to drive revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and product evolution. This role requires a strong commercial mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work seamlessly across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities across all territories;
* Lead contract renewals and scope extensions;
* Analyze customer needs and propose relevant additional modules, features or services;
* Work closely with Sales and Services to ensure smooth delivery after commercial agreements.
