Make your mark for patients
We are looking for a Clinical Bioprocess Analytics Support Specialist who is organized, proactive, and detail-oriented to join our Clinical Bioprocess Analytics (CBA) team, based at our UCB campus located in Braine-l'Alleud, Belgium.
About the role
You will play a key role in supporting operational and analytical activities related to sample management and analysis for biological drug substances in our Bio Pilot Plant. Your work ensures smooth logistics, compliance, and quality for multiple manufacturing campaigns each year.
Who you will work with
You will collaborate closely with the Clinical Bioprocess Analytics team, production teams, and quality assurance partners. Together, you will ensure compliance with GMP/GSP standards and contribute to innovative solutions in bioprocess analytics.
What you will do
* You will organize and manage sample transfers from the Bio Pilot Plant to UCB departments.
* You will be responsible for maintaining sample stocks, fridges, and freezers in compliance with standards.
* You will supervise environmental monitoring for CBA areas and storage equipment.
* You will support documentation improvements (SOPs, sampling plans, batch records).
* You will assist with audits, inspections, and regulatory submissions when required.
* You will contribute to troubleshooting and implementation of new technologies in analytical processes.

* Bachelor's degree in science or equivalent experience in pharmaceutical environments.
* Experience in sample management and transfer within GMP-regulated settings.
* Practical laboratory skills and knowledge of analytical techniques.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
* Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.
