Business Development & Project Manager
— someone who combines commercial drive with project ownership and the ambition to grow with us.

What you'll do

You will play a key role in developing client relationships and managing projects related to digital transformation. You'll be responsible for both expanding our business and ensuring that projects are delivered with excellence.

Your core responsibilities include:

* Managing and expanding an existing client portfolio within digital transformation projects.
* Acting as the strategic bridge between clients and internal teams (strategy, technology, data, innovation).
* Preparing commercial proposals, offers, and presentations.
* Monitoring key performance indicators and driving revenue and growth objectives.
* Identifying new business opportunities with both existing and prospective clients.

What you bring

* 3–5 years of experience in
account management
or
consulting
, preferably in digital transformation, technology, or innovation-driven environments.
* Understanding of digital technologies.
* Experience with
consultative selling
and advising clients at a strategic level.
* Strong
commercial and negotiation skills
.
* Familiarity with
project management methodologies
(Agile / Scrum is a plus).
* Fluent in
Dutch and English
(French is a plus).

Education

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Business Administration
,
Communication
, or equivalent.
* Additional certifications (e.g. CRM, Salesforce, Cloud, Scrum Master) are a strong plus.

Nice to have

* Experience with
pitches
and
RFPs

* Background in
digital agencies
or
IT consultancy
.
* Passion for
innovation, technology, and digital trends
.
