Your Role As a Team Leader, you are responsible for coordinating inspection, rework, and quality control activities. You ensure all tasks are carried out according to work instructions, safety standards, and customer expectations. You manage a team of inspectors or operators, ensuring smooth workflow, quality compliance, and accurate reporting. What You Will Do Supervise daily inspection and rework tasks according to job cards and inspection sheets. Verify product conformity before release. Allocate tasks based on skills and availability. Perform first-off checks, line audits, and spot verifications. Support problem-solving with accurate defect and rework data. Ensure proper marking, labeling, and segregation of OK/NOK parts. Maintain 5S standards across the work area. Report material shortages, safety concerns, or process deviations. Train new team members on job-specific activities and PPE compliance. Record and submit production and quality data at the end of each shift. Your Profile Experience in inspection or production environments Basic understanding of quality standards and inspection processes Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities Languages: English Valid driver’s license and own car Willingness to work in a 3-shift rotation What You Get in Return A full-time permanent contract.
