You will be ensuring that the team operates in line with Quintet's internal policy and procedure framework as well as relevant external regulatory requirements. /ph3Key Accountabilities /h3pPeople and Talent management /pulliAct as coach, talent manager talent scout striving to raise the bar by attracting, developing, robustly manage a team of Client Advisors and Client Advisor Assistants across one or several cities, from a profitability, client service and risk accountability perspective /liliDevelop and maintain a local market practice and knowledge targeting specific local client market segment(s) aligned with the Group Private Banking Strategy, Risk Appetite and Offering proposition. Ensure all team members operate within this framework. /liliSet clear individual performance targets for the members of the team and overall for the team, rigorously regularly tracks performance against agreed commercial, financial and risk indicators, set remediation action plan where required /liliTranslate the Quintet Wealth Management strategy into an inspiring vision for the team to develop business and connectivity, actively contribute to the transformation initiatives of the Wealth Management function /li /ulpClient Relationship Management /pulliEnsure that client advisors of the team maintain a strong and sustainable relationship with client families through regular visit and contacts /liliActively engage with the (most important) clients of the team and develop a strong knowledge of these clients, participates to client meetings and events /li /ulpClient Acquisition /pulliActively contribute to the identification of new leads through the effective use of own network targeting prospects, follow-up and manage the team acquisition pipeline /liliAct as 1st line of defence risk manager for clients the bank through proactive risk management of financial, compliance, conduct and operational risks arising from servicing clients in the team. /liliIs accountable for the appropriate and timely mitigation of any team wide issues raised by Business Risk Management, Risk, Internal Audit or the Regulator at any point in time and within the parameters defined by the Firm’s Risk Appetite Statement and related frameworks /liliPerform control activities and exercise relevant oversight /liliEnsure that both clients newly onboarded, and existing clients of the team are in line with the Group Strategy Risk Appetite, have been timely and appropriately risk assessed in line with the internal FCC requirements and internal quality standards /liliEnsure that all operations affecting clients of the team carried out in accordance with regulatory and internal policy requirements (e.g. client suitability, Financial Crime Compliance or other relevant internal policy) /liliLive by and demonstrate to the team members a strong Risk Compliance culture of in all relevant tasks and throughout the company.
