Manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, including shipping coordination.

Handle consignment inventory and perform monthly reconciliations.

Coordinate billing, rebates, commissions, and ERP data input.

Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints.

Coordinate internal follow-up on customer requests across multiple departments.

2-5 years' experience in customer service & logistics in an international setting.

Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, IFS) and CRM tools like Salesforce.

Excellent English communication skills (C1/C2 level required).

Proactive, autonomous, and results-driven with a collaborative mindset.

Skilled in coordinating across departments and improving customer processes.
* Having prior experience with packed goods and planned transport is considered a strong asset.
