Role Overview We are looking for a Technical Sales professional who bridges the gap between customer needs and our engineering capabilities. You will engage with customers to understand their technical challenges, translate requirements into high-level solutions, and support the sales process from initial contact through to project definition. You are comfortable discussing system architectures at a high level, enabling you to position solutions effectively without going into deep implementation details. Working closely with engineering teams, you ensure that proposed solutions are both technically sound and aligned with customer expectations. Required Qualifications Technical Understanding Strong affinity with embedded systems and electronic product development Ability to understand and discuss system architectures at a high level (hardware and/or firmware), without needing deep implementation expertise Familiarity with common technologies and interfaces (e.G., MCU-based systems, connectivity, sensors, communication protocols) Sales & Customer Engagement Proven experience in a technical sales, pre-sales, or solution engineering role Ability to identify customer needs and translate them into clear technical proposals Strong communication and presentation skills, both technical and non-technical Business & Strategy Ability to balance technical feasibility with commercial objectives Experience in managing customer relationships and guiding deals to closure Proactive and opportunity-driven mindset Collaboration Ability to work closely with engineering teams to define feasible and competitive solutions Strong coordination skills across technical and commercial stakeholders Communication Fluent in communicating complex ideas in a clear and structured way Comfortable interacting with both technical experts and business decision-makers
