We are looking for an Advisory Consultant to join a consulting partner of Pigment, helping clients transform how they manage sales planning and performance. In this role, you’ll work with commercial and revenue leadership teams to design planning frameworks, optimise processes, and oversee the adoption of Pigment’s cloud-based EPM platform.
You’ll be a trusted advisor from the earliest strategy conversations through to project delivery, ensuring sales teams gain the insights and agility they need to hit revenue targets and manage performance effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with Chief Revenue Officers, Sales Operations, and Commercial Finance teams to understand current sales planning and performance challenges.
* Define transformation objectives and develop future-state frameworks for territory planning, quota setting, incentive compensation, and pipeline forecasting.
* Facilitate workshops to capture requirements, align stakeholders, and design effective sales planning processes.
* Oversee project delivery from a functional standpoint, ensuring solutions meet business needs and deliver measurable outcomes.
* Guide clients through testing, training, and adoption activities to build confidence and drive user engagement.
* Advise on best practices and evolving approaches in sales performance management, leveraging Pigment’s capabilities.
Skills & Experience
* Strong background in sales planning, sales operations, or commercial finance.
* Experience in transformation or advisory roles, ideally involving sales performance management or EPM tools (Pigment experience a strong plus).
* Proven ability to engage senior commercial and finance stakeholders, with credibility in both strategy and execution.
* Familiarity with core processes such as territory design, quota setting, incentive compensation, and revenue forecasting.
* Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Consulting or advisory experience preferred.
