* Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and attract new Private Banking clients through personal initiatives and collaboration with branch teams.
* Portfolio Management: Develop and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, ensuring long-term relationships and profitability.
* Tailored Advice: Assess client needs and deliver bespoke financial solutions in collaboration with internal experts (estate planning, portfolio management, credit).
* Networking & Representation: Represent the bank in regional economic circles and associations to strengthen visibility and build a robust network.
* Compliance & Data-Driven Advice: Ensure all advisory activities are compliant, data-informed, and aligned with market trends.
* Proven experience (5+ years) in Private or Personal Banking, or related field
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to close deals
* Deep understanding of financial planning and investment products
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Fluent in French, good command of English; Dutch is a plus
