About Human Powered Health Cycling

Human Powered Health competes at the highest level of professional international cycling, Women’s World Tour, supported by a performance platform built on the belief that true health and human performance potential are self-made. Position Summary

The Partnership Director will be responsible for developing, managing, and growing strategic corporate partnerships that fuel the success of the Human Powered Health Cycling Team. This leader will own the full partnership lifecycle—from identifying and pitching potential partners to delivering on contractual commitments and ensuring measurable ROI for all stakeholders.

The ideal candidate brings a strong network in sports, health, wellness, and consumer brands, with proven success in sponsorship sales and relationship management. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to expand the commercial and brand footprint of Human Powered Health.


Reports to: General Manager

Location: European-based, with flexibility to travel internationally

Contract: Full-time – fixed term (12 months)

Salary: Competitive salary dependent on experience

Key Responsibilities

* Partnership Development
* Lead strategy and execution for sponsorship and partnership sales across categories (health, wellness, sports, technology, lifestyle, consumer goods).
* Research, prospect, and secure new commercial partners aligned with Human Powered Health’s mission and brand.
* Develop compelling proposals and presentations that demonstrate value and alignment for prospective partners.
* Account Management
* Serve as primary relationship manager for all partners, ensuring seamless communication and delivery of partnership rights.
* Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, performance, digital, content, cycling operations) to activate and fulfil partner commitments.
* Track and report performance metrics, ensuring partners clearly see ROI.



* Brand Building & Storytelling
* Work closely with marketing and communications to build partner activation campaigns that engage fans and communities.
* Represent Human Powered Health at partner meetings, industry events, and hospitality experiences.
* Support storytelling initiatives that amplify the unique value proposition of the Human Powered Health Cycling Team.
* Financial & Strategic Growth
* Achieve annual partnership revenue goals.
* Build a multi-year partnership pipeline to drive sustainable team growth.
* Provide market insights and thought leadership to inform broader commercial strategy.


Qualifications

* 8+ years of experience in partnership sales, sponsorships, or business development—preferably in sports, health, wellness, or related industries.
* Strong track record of closing and managing six- and seven-figure deals.
* Understanding of European sports sponsorship markets
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
* Strong relationship builder with executive-level networks.
* Based in Europe with the ability to travel domestically and internationally for partner engagement and race events.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken). Additional European languages are a plus.
