About the Role
As a Line Trainer Warehouse, you play a key role in shaping the future of our warehouse teams. You’ll be on the floor, guiding, coaching, and training colleagues in everything from forklift driving and equipment handling to safety procedures and warehouse operations. Your mission: to make sure every employee is working safely, efficiently, and confidently—in line with company standards, airport regulations, and customer requirements.
What you’ll do
* Deliver hands-on training in forklift use, equipment handling, warehouse processes, and safety.
* Prepare, update, and deliver engaging training materials (classroom, e-learning, LMS).
* Welcome and onboard new colleagues, introducing them to our company, culture, and workplace safety.
* Conduct theory and practical assessments, evaluate skills, and provide feedback to managers and HR.
* Observe, coach, and support employees on the job—helping them grow and improve every day.
* Work closely with Trainers, On-the-Job Coaches, and Assessors to align theory and practice.
* Keep training records, certifications, and attendance lists up to date.
* Stay up to date yourself by joining workshops, Train-the-Trainer programs, and assessments.
* Contribute to a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with company and airport standards.
What we’re looking for
* At least 1 year of operational experience in cargo or warehousing.
* Strong coaching and didactic skills—you enjoy helping others grow.
* Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.
* In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations (build-up, breakdown, forklift, GSE, truck loading/unloading).
* Confident with MS Office and digital learning tools.
* A proactive, hands-on team player with strong organizational skills.
* Willingness to work in shifts and weekends, depending on training needs.
* Safety awareness is in your DNA.
