Sales Professional Opportunity
Krones is expanding its Life Cycle Services sales team, and we are seeking a skilled Area Sales Manager to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* BUILD STRONG ALLIANCES WITH EXISTING CUSTOMERS BY UNDERSTANDING AND IDENTIFYING THEIR NEEDS.
* PROACTIVELY SCOUT FOR LEADS AND OPPORTUNITIES WITHIN THE ASSIGNED AREA.
* EXECUTE SALES STRATEGY BY MONITORING KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs) AND MANAGING PRIORITIES.
* ANALYZE CUSTOMER NEEDS AND SUBMIT ACCURATE, TIMELY, AND COMPLETE OFFERS FOR PROPOSED SOLUTIONS.
* LEAD CUSTOMER NEGOTIATIONS WHILE ENSURING COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATIONS AND COMPANY POLICY.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
* COMMERCIAL AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IN AN INDUSTRIAL ENVIRONMENT IS ESSENTIAL.
* STRONG TECHNICAL BACKGROUND, INCLUDING MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL KNOWLEDGE.
* DEGREE IN A TECHNICAL FIELD OR EQUIVALENT.
* FAMILIARITY WITH KRONE'S TECHNOLOGY IS DESIRABLE.
* FLUENT ENGLISH AND FRENCH LANGUAGE SKILLS ARE REQUIRED. GERMAN IS A PLUS.
