At REVLON, a global cosmetic company, we are hiring a Midweight Graphic Designer to join our Global Creative team based in Barcelona.
The role:
This is a cross-functional global design role within Revlon, supporting multiple brands across the portfolio. The position will be shared between CND and Revlon Professional, working closely with Global Marketing, Product, and Creative teams, and providing direct support to the Global Brand Director.
Responsibilities:
• Design and development of global packaging for new launches and portfolio updates
• Creation of global launch toolkits including presentations, key visuals, product assets, and sell-in/sell-out materials
• Maintenance and evolution of brand guidelines and brand books
• Development of high-quality mockups for packaging, displays, and digital assets
• Creation of digital content for campaigns and social media
• Adaptation of global assets across formats, ensuring brand consistency
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams and support for executive presentations
• Use of Artificial Intelligence tools for ideation, concept development, and execution, improving efficiency while maintaining quality and brand integrity
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, ideally in global or multi-brand environments
• Experience in beauty, dermocosmetics, or haircare is highly valued, preferably within multinational environments
• Background in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Fine Arts, or related creative disciplines
• Strong creative profile with proven experience in branding and packaging
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience working with brand guidelines and executive presentations
• Demonstrated experience or strong interest in using AI tools within the creative process
• An advanced level of Spanish and English is required
