Job Description
* People Development
* Lead the annual PRD cycle, ensuring all employees have clear objectives and regular follow‑up with their supervisor.
* Translate development needs (from PRDs or ad‑hoc requests) into a targeted training plan aligned with business goals.
* Maintain accurate and updated training records for all staff.
* Coordinate with external training providers and authorities to ensure a smooth training process.
* Organizational Development
* Conduct job and task analyses to document job requirements and ensure every employee has an updated Position Description (at least yearly).
* Serve as the internal expert for IPE (Internal Position Evaluation) to ensure all roles-existing and new-are evaluated consistently and mapped against the grading structure.
* Support supervisors in creating and updating job descriptions and job specifications.
* Maintain an accurate and up‑to‑date organizational chart.
* Lead career and succession planning activities once implemented.
* HR & GA Process Improvement
* Work closely with the HR & GA team and the wider organization to map and improve key people processes-from recruitment to off‑boarding.
* Train internal stakeholders (workshops, documentation, one‑on‑one sessions) to strengthen their understanding of HR processes, documentation, and tools.
* Collaborate with HR & GA Admins to design process flows, documentation guidelines, and information‑storage standards.
* Conduct audits when necessary to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for process improvements.
* Handle general employee questions and provide day‑to‑day HR support.
Secondary Responsibilities
* Coach and train staff on HR-related topics.
* Support onboarding and offboarding processes in collaboration with the HR Assistant and Office Manager.
* Participate in broader HR projects and initiatives.
* Act as backup for the HR Assistant when needed.
* Perform any other relevant tasks.
The Successful Applicant
* Strong analytical mindset and ability to remain effective under pressure.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Professional proficiency in English; fluency in French and/or Dutch.
* Customer‑focused attitude and strong stakeholder‑management skills.
* Ability to structure information clearly and communicate efficiently.
* Experience in a large international corporate environment is a plus.
* 3 year experience in HR
