Through our subsidiary Up Trace, we are now accelerating our expansion in Belgium and looking for a strategic Business Development Manager to conquer the Dutch-speaking market and Brussels.Your MissionReporting directly to the Management, you will be the driving force behind our growth in your region. Your goal: identify high-potential opportunities, promote our integrated Hardware, Software and Services solutions, and build long-term strategic partnerships.Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & StrategyHunting & Farming: Identify, target, and convert strategic accounts within the industrial and logistics sectors.Solution Selling: Analyze complex client needs and promote our ROI-driven solutions (MES, WMS, Traceability).Project Leadership: Collaborate with Project Managers and Management to design and validate high-value technical quotes.Networking: Represent Barcodis/Up Trace at major trade fairs and industry events to boost our brand visibility.Closing: Lead negotiations while ensuring the company's profitability and long-term interests.2. Market Intelligence & ReportingExpertise: Monitor market trends, competitive moves, and technological shifts to provide strategic input.CRM Mastery: Maintain a clean and proactive sales pipeline (daily updates) and provide monthly strategic reporting on ongoing projects.Profile & RequirementsEducation: BAC or master's degree or a strong technical/business background.Experience: minimum 5 years of proven track record in a similar role (B2B industrial sales).Industry Knowledge: Experience in Industry 4.0, Industrial Processes, MES, WMS, Automatic Marking & Labeling is a significant advantage.Languages: Trilingual NL/FR/EN is mandatory to cover the Belgian market and interact with the Group.Soft Skills: You are a "door opener" with a pioneering spirit.
